Arnica montana
Is best-known for its use in natural cosmetics and homeopathic treatments for bruising and inflammation. Arnica montana flower extract. When applied topically, has a great soothing effect, maintaining the skin in good condition and restoring suppleness.
St John’s Wort (Hypericum)
Known as “St John’s Wort”, Hypericum has a long history of use for its anti-microbial properties and also acts as an analgesic. Historically used to treat wounds, bruises and shingles plus anxiety and neuralgia, it calms and creates a feeling of well-being.
Marigold (Calendula)

Using Fisiocrem
Take a liberal amount (approximately 1 teaspoon/5 ml) and rub gently into affected areas of contracted, tense or painful muscles and joints. Use as often as required, normally 2-3 times per day.
