Delivery Charges
PHOENIX HEALTHCARE AIM TO DELIVER THE NEXT WORKING DAY. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO A NATIONAL SHORTAGE OF DRIVERS, OUR CARRIERS ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE THIS. YOUR PATIENCE IN THIS MATTER IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
Phoenix Healthcare Products Ltd can deliver goods that are in stock the next working day. Goods that need to be ordered, customers will be provided with an estimated delivery time, but we cannot accept any liability for failure to achieve these delivery times.
Delivery to the UK mainland is free on all orders over £75.00 (excl. VAT) but Phoenix Healthcare reserve the right to charge carriage on larger items, i.e. couches, exercise equipment, trolleys, treadmills. Please contact us for details.
A small order handling charge of £7.50 (excl. VAT) will be added to orders with a value of less than £75.00 (excl. VAT).
Exclusions apply to ‘free delivery’ offers. All oversized, heavy or bulky items, such as, Hot and Cold packs, Couches Gym & Exercise equipment, Trolleys, Furniture etc, will be subject to additional carriage and handling charges and may require an extended delivery lead time. We will also charge carriage on export items.
Phoenix Healthcare Products Ltd shall endeavour to inform you of any such charges and/or extended delivery times when you place your order, but shall not be deemed liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of the products.
Any delay in delivery of the Products shall not give you a right to reject the Products or cancel your order. Phoenix Healthcare Products Ltd reserves the right to deliver the Products in instalments.
For delivery to Northern and Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Channel Islands, please contact us for carriage charges.
All returns for credit must be previously agreed in writing. Please contact our customer service dept who will advise you in the correct procedures for all return items. A re-stocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be the customers responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 10 working days from the invoice date. All returned goods must be in the original packing, clean and unused.
